Childbirth Education Class

Learn about labor and birth in a comfortable setting and small class size through discussion, hands-on practice, videos, group activities and more. The Childbirth Education series is designed for mothers and their support person.

Topics include: stages of labor, comfort measures, labor support, pain medications, medical interventions, decision making, what to pack, post partum, newborn procedures, breastfeeding, and baby care.

Women should attend by 30 - 34 weeks of pregnancy in order to ensure that the series can be completed.

Time: Tuesday evening classes are from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
