The recently renovated 93-bed Skilled Nursing Facility is Medicare and Medi-Cal certified, Joint Commission accredited and has a 5-star Medicare Quality Rating (www.medicare.gov/nursinghomecompare). Patients, residents and their families are not only cared for, but cared about. Our team-oriented staff of qualified licensed nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Registered Dietitian is dedicated to providing quality health care to meet each individual’s needs.
Fallbrook Hospital’s Skilled Nursing Facility is a non-smoking facility that offers both short- and long-term care, depending on the individual’s needs. Short-term care is for patients in need of recovery after a major surgery or hospital stay, such as joint replacement surgery. Patients are discharged and placed in appropriate care according to their needs. Long-term care offers medical and non-medical care in a permanent residential setting. Residents may need assistance with Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing and eating (also known as custodial care), or ongoing, skilled nursing care for a chronic medical condition.
