The recently redecorated Center for Specialty Services, located at 617 Alvarado Street has convenient parking and a comfortable, spacious reception area. The Center has expanded capacity and capabilities for new and existing services to better meet the needs of the community.
- Outpatient Rehabilitation Services
- Includes a larger gym and comfortable therapy rooms for patients undergoing:
- Outpatient Laboratory Services
- Offers outpatient lab draw services
- Designated Quest Diagnostics draw station
- Fall Prevention and Balance Program
- Covered by most insurance plans including Medicare
- Patients screened for fall risk (factors include age, medical history, medication changes, muscle changes, and a recent injury or surgery).
- Biodex Balance SD System technology assists in evaluating balance limitations and determining proper treatment
- Personalized exercise program is designed for fall risk patients
- High level balance training offered for athletes
- Outpatient Wound Care (coming soon)
- A new service provided by a team of professionals who evaluate and treat non-healing wounds caused by diabetes, pressure, post-surgery, trauma or vascular conditions.
